ENGLISH  wsf 2012 process IC support group

 This space is edited by the IC support group to WSf2012 process  started in Dhaka IC meeting november 2011

• Overview/ Terms Of reference : the" WSF2012 support IC  working group" intends to 
  
  • give visibility and support to "2012 wsf related  event organizers" ,in promoting their respective events  and update a WSF2012 calendar related to a wider  scenario 
  • inform them about what they can do with IC commissions  and
  • stimulate exchanges and possible cooperation between past event organizers and upcoming event organizers in "Organising Event spaces  , through advice, contribution, mobilization, participation ,  with perspective of local remote or direct participation in foro de forums in sept 2012  to be held in september 2012 and in wsf2013  world event, to be held in Egypt or in maghreb or mashrek countries - see organizing process  
     
• invitations : a personal invitation  to a first group of identifed past  and upcoming event organizers, and later  these can circulate around them general  invitation to participate (directly or through distance) and give information about events of various type and scale
  
• Planning: first phase of work to be completed before next IC meeting on 18-20 of march
  
• Links: this space links with  IC commissions working spaces  Methodology     Communication    Strategy     Resources    and OE spaces where to share experience and cooperate in the dialogic process and logistical process of event organizing
